    I'm glad you people are seeing ATT's true colors. When things get tough, they bail on their customers. I will never do business with AT&T because of what they did to me in the past.
    My iphone has always been with T-mobile since the 3G days. I only wish Apple would release a T-mobile version of the iphone soon.

    You guys think att screw you, well here is my story. I walked in to the att store June 15 at 8:45am to pre order my iphone 4 , I was the second one in line . the store opened at 9:00am once I walked in me and the representative got straight to pre ordering since I was going to be pre ordering 3 for my family plan, everything seemed to be perfect I swiped my credit card payment went through but the att computer just froze up I didnt receive a receipt for my order and I had signed for the renewal of my 2 years commitment, basically att renew my contract and has my 320 on hold and I have no iphone 4 being shipped out to me on the 24th. this also happen with 2 out of 3 lines that I have. I receive an email saying that that I had signed a new contract, hopefully the charges will be refunded to my account I did speak to the manager at the store he sad to go back to him in a few days that he will get everything strighten out once the funds have been refunded hopefully thid turns out good , Iphone 4 FTW........ ATT FTL

    This is old news, I reported this yesterday on the forums at 2PM EST and it was also all over Gizmodo, Engadget, etc. That's why I took my *** into the store to get the job done!

    Best Buy is no longer taking pre-orders for iPhone 4!! Only one left is Radio Shack now and I expect a memo saying they are done soon too

    Chad & MP3Supply, I got the same message as you guys, but when I tried to check my order using my wireless number, no order can be found. I called 611 and looked on my account page. Nothing shows up for my number. Looking at your pages and mine, I noticed that it says "NEW SERVICE", are you guys upgrading as well?

    I'm currently on hold with Premier service to see if they can access my order.

    Also, just curious, did you get an email confirmation with activation information?

    Question is...on a RESERVE at Apple Store,does it mean you can go at any time during that day and you WILL get your phone?After all,if that's the case,why wait on those lines early?Someone please let me know about this,SB or whoever.

    I got an cancellation e-mail but I still have this. Anyone else get to this via ATT.com under "Check order status"??

    Pre-authorization does not guarantee iPhone availability at an Apple Retail Store. iPhone is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Mine shows the samething but i didnt get a cancellation email. My transaction went through the first time w/o any issues

    man **** apple and **** att they do this dumb **** every year, first no MMS, Bluetooth, Video recording, then swear up an down the 3g would have video recording tethering and all this other **** and they lied, now after hyping up everyone they expect us to believe that they ran out of stock? or can process that many orders? are you ******* serious, we all pay at&t and apple so much money a year they should have the best everything from phones, to service, to computers and networking. bandwidth all that shoukd come wit it, dont feed us some ******** like your servers overloaded, come on now you play us everytime a new iphone comes out, bad enough you can even order the white 4g. theres always some ********, if i lived in an area where tmobile or a different company had better service then id be there with something other than an iphone and at&t, but i dont im stuck n this **** hole were at&t is GOD and iphone is the better than the people here. This is ********, **** APPLE **** AT&T!

    Well the Apple Website says I still have a preorder for June 24th, so If it isn't cancelled I plan to show up that morning to get it, hopefully I won't get turned away, Not like it matters, my offices are right by there lol

    Same here. That's the page I get and my order went thru the first try at 6am EST. No confirm email and no cancelation email. Maybe they don't have my email address
