There will be a reserve line and a first come first serve line. Either way, don't expect to stroll up to the front counter and then walk away minutes later with your iPhone. Expect at least 2-3 hours wait.

I'm hoping you're asking a legitimate question and not just trying to be a smartazz with the 2000 post comment...

Thank you. I just spoke with a sales person at my local apple store and she did say the same info as you. Two lines, one for reserve and second for first come serve. She did confirmed my name in her reserve list.

went to the att order status site this morning and it shows my phone/simcard as being shipped with tracking number. Very Excited

Some orders will say the 23rd but Apple/Fedex have a hold on all order for the 24th. You will NOT receive of be able to pick up the phone a day earlier.
