No 64GB? No thanks! I'll hold on to my 32GB 3GS till next year when they release the 64 GB one with 512 MB ram
We should have known that they would leave out features of this model for next years model, Which will be everything this one should have been.mod/edit links removed.

Can't wait. I gotta say I'm a little dissapointed on the storage (should have been 32-64).
RAM wise, I'm not sure why people need more than 256. You can run 10+ apps at the same time with that, and that's a great way to kill your battery. iPhone OS is designed to be a low-RAM hogging OS (SBSettings FTW).
I will definitely get it and switch from T-mo to AT&T. The new screen is just amazing. HD video, flexible screen, stronger materials. This thing is almost everything I wanted on a phone. Gotta say this is a much better day than the iPad release date.If I helped you out, please use the Thanks button ------------------------->

Microsim? Does this mean even if it's unlocked we can't use it with US Tmobile?
Does US Tmobile even have microsims?
06-07-2010, 02:41 PM #52
The iPhone 4 uses a Micro SIM. Does that force existing iPhone users to switch to a new plan with AT&T & forfeiting their unlimited plans?

Is their going to be a White one
06-07-2010, 02:42 PM #54

The only thing is, I just now got my 3GS jailbroken again and have all my cool apps back on it, mainly, mywi....I sure hope that I can jailbreak right away...Main Phone: HTC ONE - Work: iPhone 4s - Tablet: iPad 2, The best of both worlds!

The black one looks soo sexy, going from a white 3GS to a black iPhone 4. The 256 ram is kinda holding me back from getting an Evo 4G
Still has upto 300 hours battery, same as the 3GS. Hmmm

Guys it's physically impossible for an iPhone to have 64gb. We've known this all year. Why are people surprise?
(before you throw iPod touch as counter argument: that one has 2 32gig drives in it and no phone components at all)

Cut My SIM: The $30 SIM-To-MicroSIM-To-SIM Converter
also, if the 3g specs for the iphone4 are UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA (850, 900, 1900, 2100 MHz).....does this mean I can finally run t-mobile's 3g network?every time an iphone is unlocked, an angel gets its wings
every time an iphone is re-locked because some boner didnt RTFM, god back-hands a baby seal

how hard is this thing going to be able to obtain when it is releases? is my only hope of getting this (without getting up at 1 in the morning) to pre-order it?
06-07-2010, 02:53 PM #60
Quad band should allow for 3G in T-Mobile, yes.
As for the Micro-Sim, IT WILL NOT CHANGE YOUR CONTRACT. it'll be the same as if you'd lost your phone/sim, they deactivate the current one and you get a new one. A micro one in this case. It is completely separate of the upgrade process so no you won't have to change your plan to get one.
