Disappointing. Everything I thought it would be.
The only reason to upgrade really is the hardware, but I doubt that'll be anything to get excited about either. 1gz processor, 5 m pixel camera, MAYBE a new body. Maybe.
Oh well, it's been fun iPhone, time to move on to the HTC EVO.
I'm sure I'll still linger here though. Gf will most likely want the new iPhone (Apple fangirl). Plus, it's always good to keep up with what the competition is doing. And for all that Apple hasn't done, it sure has created competition, for which we are able to get phones like the HTC EVO."Thanks" button. Learn it. Use it. Love it.

I hope someone tests this on an iPad and leaks it if it's safe. I don't want to wait till fall to get it on here. Hopefully next iPhone comes to verizon. I'll snatch that bad boy up.

As much as I want to try out the new 4.0 firmware I can't risk it, I always sell my old phone when the new one comes out every year, which means having it jailbroken and unlocked to get the most money out of it

Ok, this might sound like a dumb question, or maybe one that can't be answered right now. Does anyone know if Apple has finally allowed us to customize SMS and mail alert tones?

Looks like they have everything I want for my jailbroken phone except for maybe an sbsettings type deal. Several clicks to get to 3G on/off is just annoying.
