Apple can not do a thing in these cases. My iMac just died and I took it on for service. I have a folder with every known jailbreak program in it, never mind the over 200 cracked apps that I synced to iTunes. Everything came back fine, they're not interested in jailbreakers. They worry about sale makers.

There is nothing illegal about JailBreaking but you're boasting about the fact that you are a thief?

My iPhone got the White Screen of Death..
Took it to apple, $250 later i had a new (well it looks brand spankin new) iPhone.
