does redsn0w 0.9 solve the problem of re-jailbreaking the device again after rebooting the iphone i have 3gs iphone with new bootrom i have jailbreak using blackra1n...please send the solution for that

I ran blackra1n back in November on my 32gb 3gs. I haven't had any problems, except what I caused myself playing around in the file tree.
