This doesn't work at all for me for some reason. It refreshes whether the toggle is on or off and I already reinstalled the toggle to make sure it downloaded right. Any suggestions?

The Cydia app will still require to reload data, however the auto-refresh we see when it first opens us should not be happening when you toggle on NoCyfresh.

There is other instances when it auto-refreshes but for the most part, you should notice that it doesnt refresh upon first launch. It will still need to load data though.

Oh I know what it's supposed to do. It loads data and then refreshes on first launch whether the toggle is on or not.

I tried the Rock app, but after dealing with so many bugs, I went back to Cydia.

    Perhaps in another year?

No dice. Still loads upon cydia launch. Is it supposed to cut down the amount of reloads or stop the auto-refresh completely? Glad to see I'm not the only one its not working for...

This should have been a native feature of Cydia to be honest. I never understood why.
