This doesn't work at all for me for some reason. It refreshes whether the toggle is on or off and I already reinstalled the toggle to make sure it downloaded right. Any suggestions?

The Cydia app will still require to reload data, however the auto-refresh we see when it first opens us should not be happening when you toggle on NoCyfresh.
There is other instances when it auto-refreshes but for the most part, you should notice that it doesnt refresh upon first launch. It will still need to load data though.

No dice. Still loads upon cydia launch. Is it supposed to cut down the amount of reloads or stop the auto-refresh completely? Glad to see I'm not the only one its not working for...

This should have been a native feature of Cydia to be honest. I never understood why.
