ha i was just in that store the other day it is right up the highway from me.
i cant justify the gun but that Genius bar in there is beyond frustrating LOL
a few weeks ago i was sent there by an Apple rep from a service call to get a new 3GS since mine had some problems and after waiting for 45 minutes for a "Genius" and watching a bunch of people walk out of the store with new ones while i waited i was informed that they did not have anymore left to give me a new one once it was finally my turn.
they knew exactly why i was there and what i was waiting for it had already been approved by Apple to be replaced and i made it known to the guy assigning the line order why i was there.
i was a tad bit p'ed off when i left without a new phone."i believe louisiana is the pelican state"
