just open up the iphoto and save the pic, then u can just put them back in, everything gets save to ur mac.

No it just sucks that I didn't know bout the redsn0w. I mean I'm in a car right now I don't know my baseband. But I'm not stupid. I did everything the directions said. Apparently bc I'm JB to 3.1. But I was wondering bout the cydia. That's the only thing I'm lost on. Where do I find my baseband? All I did was whatever those directions for the pwnage said to do. Originally Posted by confucious

I was jail breaked at 3.0 with purple rain. I did the apple update to 3.0.1 and then to 3.1 (restored and lost my jail break) . Since I have had a previous Jail break, can I do mine now?

i have a few friends running 3.1 and they either get awful battery life or have several freezes a day that require a reboot to fix so why would anyone want to go to 3.1?
i know there are a few apps i want that only run on 3.1 but i would rather have a phone that gets a good battery life and doesn't freeze than have those few apps or the new iTunes features."i believe louisiana is the pelican state"

I am running stealthbravos ipcc att 6.0 carrier file. If I created an upgraded 3.1 file with pwnage tool. Would I loose my tethering ability?

Well, I read, and as a happily JBd 3GS on 3.0, this thread has made my mind up for me: I'm staying right where I am. I don't have a Mac and the closest person I know who does lives 150 miles away (my Dad). I see no reason to go through all of this at this time, the only app I want that needs 3.1 is Snapture, and I have enough photo programs to make up the difference anyway. On the day more apps than not require it, hopefully redsn0w will be updated. Meanwhile, all is well. I even have the carrier update done so who needs 3.1 at this point? I sent an email to Rockapp regarding MyWi and 3.1 and even THEY said I wasn't missing anything, so 3.0 for me!
