iPhone 3G[S] 3.1 Jailbroken - PwnageTool 3.1.3 Released

With 3.0, Redsn0w did the clever jailbreak with an .ipsw that was downloaded from the Net. Is it the same principle with 3.1? I'd be interested to know why a Windows version isn't available yet.

I have to say though, 3.0 is fantastic and I owe the Dev Team a huge thank you for letting me escape 02 and use T-Mobile (Hello from UK) - I'm trying not to take their efforts for granted and I'm being patient. A bit patient.

just 2 let every one who needs a jailbrake using windows its out and its called blackrain download it and do ur update first with itunes to 3.1 and then open blackrain and click make it rain and in less than a minute ur phone is jailbroken and open it and it will ask u if u wanna download cydia or icy or rock thank god 4 the kid who came up with blackrain 4 window user

So.. I JB with blackra1n, updated to the 3.1.3 have the new 3gs on ATT. I just want my ROCK back so I can surf through my phone. AGGGGGGGHHHHHHH
