well hopefully redsnow for windows is released soon, i want the speedier 3.1 firmware, 3.0 is just too slow.

anyone that jailbreaks can you confirm if you still have tethering abilities?

Agh, I've got SOOOOO many Cydia apps and repos installed I don't know if this is worth it. Does aptbackup work for people? I've never used it. Hmmm, well thanks again to the Dev team I'm downloading PwnageTool right now. I guess everytime a new firmware comes it's about time for me to clean my phone up anyways.

Eventually, but then you will lose your ability to unlock until an exploit is found against the new baseband update in 3.1. PwnageTool (Mac OSX) creates a custom IPSW without the baseband update. It's too bad their isn't a Windows version, like the old WinPwn.
