C64 emulator bounced from App Store

Just a few days after Monomio's Commodore 64 emulator for the iPhone was accepted by Apple for inclusion on the App Store, the app was rejected, as Touch Arcade reports.
The reason, as in the previous instance when the app was first rejected, was due to the presence of a BASIC interpreter in the code. Alert gamers noted that BASIC had not been removed as much as hidden.

TheiPhoneBlog received a tip from one of their readers on how to enable BASIC by following these steps:
“access it by enabling “always show full keyboard”, starting a game, paging over to the EXTRA keyboard, and then tapping RESET. Boom, dropped into BASIC with a ready-prompt”

I just noticed it was gone earlier this morning which sucks because I was going to get it after I saw the thread on it on this forum. I guess I waited around too long but if I've learned anything about the App Store it's this, when a app is accepted into the App Store that seems to bend the rules or maybe is too good to be true get it right then because there's no telling how long it'll be there.

And does this surprise anyone!! A lot of apps get approved and then get took off. It makes you wonder that there must be some idiots in the approval department.
