Can anyone tell me if updating the ipcc file to 5.0 will restore the phone in iTunes where it will need to be synced?

I do not know what is the hype with this notice... if you are jailbraked, you should have mms and thetering since the release of 3.0, I have been using mms and thetering with ATT since day 1 on 3.0, never had to call att for any changes or nothing.

I've used every ipcc file possible, as well as several different mms settings people are using (since there seems to be multiple), and i still get the red exclamation when sending
