I have a a few friends that cant afford iphones. They have budget phones on metro PCS etc. While their phone can send/receive MMS for sure, I doubt they check email on the go. They are the type of people that check email once a day at most. (often times less)
MMS is for when you want someone to see something right NOW instantly, not when ever they check email next. The whole world can MMS except for the iPhone on AT&T it's just plain embarrassing!
Nobody wants to try and keep track of who's on what service to send the [email protected] too

what if you have already updated your carrier setting to get MMS on 3.0/3.0.1? i dont wanna update to 3.1 because im sure it will change everything and we will be waiting 2-3 weeks for a jailbreak

Okay not to be negative im excited just like the next person but then I think:
1. Do i want to upgrade right away to a new firmware, and lose my jailbreak
2. will it be working due to the number of ppl trying to send mms when it drops
3. Dose anyone know if its gonna be free?
4. If not free is Swirly ever gonna work on 3GSKing Los aka Los Ninyo

Sept 25 the iPhone stops being a trend setter and joins the rest of the sheep that still hang on to a dying format.
Oh Apple, I was with you on this one.

i vote for class action.. those bastards couldn't even deliver it by "late summer" like they claimed in their tiny *** print. the 25th is three days past the end of summer.. **** late summer.. att should have stated to be more correct:
"mms for the iphone will arrive some ******* day. sit on that and rotate while apple strokes our epeen."
