I finally sat down to set this app up and I must say it works beautifully on my 3G S. I couldn't be happier with this app it's pretty much all I need as far as customization goes. I used to mess around with changing the icons but you can't ever find a theme that changes them all so everything matches so I just said the hell with it and just started using Winterboard just to get rid of that UGLY stock dock (god I don't know what Apple was thinking when they designed that dock image) and have my wallpaper on the springboard. Well now thanks to BigBoss I don't need to use Winterboard anymore at all because I can get rid of the UGLY stock dock image using BossPaper alone. I have about 50 or so wallpapers rotating every 45 seconds or so and everything is running SUPER smoothly. Hell I haven't even noticed any extra battery drain or performance problems at all. Thank you BigBoss for this great app and it's just a beta! I can't wait to use the finished product.

When you click the install icon in Cydia it tells you right under you're nose in black and white exactly what's being installed on you're phone (including LogMailer). It's you're own fault for not reading whats being put in front of you before you install an app.

Reboot you're phone. If that doesn't work then uninstall it, close Cydia, reboot the phone, and re-install the software. Always try rebooting you're iPhone after installing something thru Cydia when it doesn't show up on you're springboard. Good luck.

You do realise this is still Beta? That means it's for testing only and not for release to people that don't know what they are doing?

Not a good intro to JB apps!

There's plenty of other good stuff for you to enjoy while other people test this.
    Enjoy

    Now there's a question.
Winterboard allows you to install all sorts of customisation. Winterboard itself is OK but some of the themes are very memory hungry and some possibly not as 'stable' as they might be. The more you customise the more problems you are likely to encounter. Apparently lock screens are particularly memory hungry.
Lots are fine, but the more you do the more likely you are to encounter problems.

Wow, now this is a really nice app. Works just great. Love all the transitions. Glad I finally upgraded to 3.0.

You need to find the "app" in Cydia called bigbossbetarepo first. This loads the new repository which contains BossPaper. To "reload" you could just exit and re-open Cydia.

BossPaper is AWESOME. I loved having rotating wallpapers using Winterboard, but the performance hit was too much to bear. Now, it works perfectly!

If you are new to JB is it really a good idea to use beta software?
