Wow I've never restarted springboard so many times in succession...I've gotten 2 "host uncreachable messages now and probably 15 "Forbidden" ones.
Is anyone having success downloading through Cydia?

Mobile Substrate fix was only pushed out within the last hour, he cant be asleep?!

I saw the mobile substrate update about 3 hours ago which would be about 8:30 AM his time. He usually stays up all night and then sleeps during the day.

Guys, I'm obviously having the same issue as you lot, but can you advise how the $2 actually gets paid????
I mean do I have to pay before downloading, or does it somehow deduct the $2 from my phonebill??

I know they're waiting to put it back up again, but I was wondering how you actually pay the fee???

it just let me download it about 10 minutes ago... GO GO GO! It's amazing and my 3gs is now complete and i can go back to normalcy.
