That was the easiest, fastest jailbreak yet... worked perfectly for me!

One thing not mentioned (which may need to be) is that when purplera1n said "Done! Wait..." iTunes launches and pops up a message saying it has detected the phone in recovery mode. For me nothing happened until I closed that message (by clicking OK) which made the phone reboot right away. After the reboot Freeze was installed.

This could be a coincidence of time? The phone rebooted a second after I accepted the iTunes message.

Hmm okay fixed the wifi issue , just restored re jailbroke but this time i used my mac and not windows.....

....Just prooves again macs are the way forward

Im now loving my iphone 3GS unlocked and fully operational

Now to delete freeze

im still booting up very fast after the jailbreak faster than i ever booted up before and loading up cydia is no longer painful wow what difference the 3gs makes. cant wait for winterboard

I made sure to have iTunes closed when I ran Purplera1n and never saw that message.

Or you can install Cydelete from Cydia. Change settings though from Settings app.

If your using safari empty you cache and reload the page.

i have JB'd my iphone with the mac purplera1n. my wifi seems to be working much better. can anyone confirm if ultrasn0w works better with t-mobile?

Weird, iTunes was closed for me too, but launched and displayed that message.
