freeze does not return in a re jailbreak if i originally used cydelete on it,
also mobile terminal has some orientation issues

still wouldnt work properly on my vista. Got to the geo image and just sat there for 10 to 15 minutes so i had to restore as it was locked up not even quickpwn would get it out then ran it on my dads xp again worked flawlessly again. Back to the jailbroken goodness.

JB works nicely, but installed Winteerboard on 3GS and its stuck on the boot apple now.

Took a while but booted in safemode.

if you have 3.1 theres a good chance you wont be able too Jailbreak unless you didnt upgrade your baseband when you went up too 3.1

Now i take it back everytime i try to install or even just browse sometimes in Cydia it just closes out back to the homescreen. No error nothing just disappears. I tried a soft reset any other ideas? reajailbreak it?

ya do a full restore and rejailbreak it. if it does that again... that means your installing something thats conflicting with your iphone jailbroken.

What I don't understand is why people do not read the entire thread /do their research......I've seen people try winterboard when its plastered all over the thread(s) not to do that and...ask if the jailbreak activates etc. Please guys read a bit, thats why the thread(s) is(are) here.

I used the first build of purplera1n on my windows XP netbook and it worked great. When rc2 came out last night i just went ahead and did a full restore and ran it on Vista 64bit without ANY problems whatsoever!

i did when i installed Pprain rc1 after installing cydia etc
options were available under settings cydelete

Just a quick question, what will happen if I sync my iPhone with iTunes? Will it back up all my jailbroken apps? This is my first jailbreak so I'm not too sure what'll happen. Thanks.

iTunes will ignore your JB apps during sync.

I dont think so if you restore after youve jailbroken or put cydia apps on there i think you have to redo everything. Im fairly new to it as well though.
