Any advantages using this if I'm already jailbroken? Will tricker3g work with this?

It fixes some kernal patches so that when Winterboard gets updated you can use it. Btw, you can just run RC2 over the RC1 jailbreak without having to restore.

I don't think Tricker3G, Voipover3g, or any other thing like that works.

Its APN not VPN. They are two different things. APN probably isn't showing up under Settings --> Network so use SBSettings to turn 3G and Edge off. Yes, you will still be able to call and get signal with those off. 3G and Edge are the data parts of your signal.

RC2 worked for me where RC1 didn't. I had the issue where my phone was just sitting at the "connect to itunes" logo but I just quit purplera1n and restarted it and then it completed without any more problems. Thanks Geohot!

Has anyone had any issues with paid apps crashing now? Crystal Defender (yes I am referring to a paid app off AppStore not a cracked version of it) crashes for me every time after I try and select a difficulty.
