iPhone SDK 3.1 Availaable

Click the image to open in full size.

Apple today released the iPhone SDK 3.1 beta, which works with the upcoming 3.1 FW release. A list of the few fixes are available for developers, but its nothing major - just the 3.1 support really.

Quote:
iPhone SDK 3.1 beta and iPhone OS 3.1 beta are now posted to the iPhone Dev Center. These versions are for development and testing only and should be installed on devices dedicated to iPhone OS 3.1 beta software development. Please read the iPhone OS Pre-Install Advisory and the iPhone SDK 3.1 beta release notes before downloading and installing.
Available as a free download for registered iPhone Devs via the Apple iPhone Dev Center.

3.0.x would be minor bug fixes...

3.1 means something bigger, IMO

yup, baseband is updated...looks like only bug fixes as I can tell

I know I keep saying it but I am going to say it again.. Im my opinion, If you want a chance at owning a 3g[s] that can be jailbroken and/or unlocked, go purchase them soon....most likely the next batch of iphones will come with 3.1.

Anyone installed 3.1? I don't care about unlocking my phone, just curious if anything has been found much different in the version. Rolling back to 3.0 might be a pain.

I read on engadget that now when you hold an icon to rearrange them, it vibrates to notify you that it is 'rearrange mode'. whoopdeedoo
