The only reason anyones expecting before 3.0.1 is because of SB. Maybe SB got given some bad info or something?

Nothing than anyone can find on the blogs or twitter from any of them points to an imminent launch so im staying skeptical as always on this situation.

I still don't think the dev-team have even 1 exploit though

We will just have to wait and see what happens, However, I seriously doubt SB is full of it like your comment suggests. He has contacts at Chronic Dev that are keeping him in the loop with their progress. Do you really think the moderator of this forum would spoon feed you lies? Grow up...

This is the most ridiculous ******** ever. I either want them to tell me they are making a jb or not. I am tired of these ******* rumors that are complete ********. These ******* hackers need to get a life and just release the ******* thing. They are making this way to difficult. It is just a phone and they are making out like it is a ******* nuclear warhead. I think if we just stop talking about it and just wait it will come out sooner.

Why don't you jailbreak it then if it is so damn easy? Comments like this would make me want to delay the jailbreak just to spite you. Maybe the dev teams are just tired of supporting complainers?

I do not get that attitude,
I can understand people being annoyed at the DevTeam for saying "we have it, but wont give it to you" but to get angry at someone that is trying to help is sort of childish really.

If it is just a phone then why worry at all.

Oh and the reason for much of the "delay" is that many of these "hackers" DO have lives and jobs.

i just called AT&T to try to remove the MMS opt-out on my account. The AT&T rep told me that on July 17th, I will be able to view and send MMS from my iPhone and that there will be a new firmware upgrade on that date too.

I wasn't trying to suggest that SB himself is full of it. I think that he heard whispers and posted those whispers on the forum and out of desperation, everyone has lept on it as if it's fact and turned it into another baseless rumour.
