geohot There seems to be a misunderstanding in some people. Getting the ECID off the phone can't be blocked. Signing iBSS with it(purplera1n) can.

Gotta love the great "wait"....happens everytime a new firmware or new iPhone comes out allthough this jailbreak seems to be the most anticipated one yet.

I was thinking, if this is the same exploit that the 2G iPod Touch uses and Apple hasnt patched that yet, will they be quick to patch it on the 3G S⃣ or prob not? And if they patch it does that mean the 2G iPod Touch wil need a new jailbreak too or no?iLive an iLife
