I don't know, I'm a little skeptical about ChronicDev releasing the tool. They don't even seem to have a true website, only a Google Code group and a few Twitter accounts, but no unified presence. And Geohotz has been extremely quiet since he revealed the jailbreak, which is unusual.

Isnt SB the man of 'trust' around here. ive seen the word thrown around plenty when referring to him. i would say the fault resides on his shoulders. knowing people follow you, and asking for people to follow as well. the man led the parade last night. hes a leader around here, correct me if im wrong.

you can only speaak for yourself. but that doesn't take away from the fact that people are desperate for this jb. to come in and get everyone rowdy only to fall under restrictions in the end sux.

im not saying its his fault. thats why me question was towards the chronic team. since theyre the ones holding him back.
i respect SB, great guy. i havent been in a forum where there was a mod so in touch with his community. i been reading these forums forever. Our excitement was only matched by his.

But as far as im concerned, BOTH teams now are taking questionable actions.

I'm sure we all speak to people 'offline' who tell us things they don't want to be made public which is why we don't always disclose everything we know.

I believe the Dev Team are doing the right thing, so do many others. but the few can ruin it for the many. That's life I guess. They'll grow up one day and then some other kids will come along and ruin it for them

Ive gotten used to using my 3GS unjailbroken...its actually kinda refreshing in an odd way. When it comes out....it comes out....until then Im not even giving it any thought. Plus I still got my 3G sitting here hacked

The reason it doesn't matter for Geohot and the chronicdevteam is because they have found MULTIPLE exploits, as where the iPhone Dev team has only found one so far? And what does being a kid have anything to do with this? I am an adult and probably more anxious than some of the "kids"

+1 Amen read crap before you make blanket statements about them screwing everyone over. It's not his fault the devteam only has one exploit and he has multiple.
