I took out the 256MB Ram module and put 512MB Module in my iPhone.
I can do it for everyone else for 100 Dollars.

The more I get used to a non-jailbroken phone, the more I wonder if I actually want to jailbreak. It's all come down to iRealSMS. That's the only app I want to jailbreak for now. I'm looking forward to SBSettings and StatusNotifier again, but I wouldn't jailbreak just for them.

why would you just jailbreak for irealsms? That sounds retarded. there are so many JB apps worth more than that.

Well I just dropped both my 3G and 3Gs and cracked my screen on the 3G. No biggie since I have 3 more screens laying around but this is a sign that I needy 3Gs jailbroken so inwont carry 2 phones lol

since the release of the 2g i kept asking...wouldn't it be better for apple to have 'access' to all the gsm networks...instead of being tied to at&t and all the 'official' iphone companies...i mean,maybe i'm missing something but if i was selling a product and could sell 100 to company 1 or sell ten times that to all the companies wouldnt i want to choose the latter?
was at&t soo involved with the development of the iphone?was it a case where they pumped money into it so apple was obligated to them in some way?

having said that...what if apple left the 'backdoors' open and just made it harder to get to them to make at&t feel 'good'.....what if apple really wants the devs and all the other ppl working on unlocking to find the 'backdoors'.....curious to hear the views of other ppl...

Perhaps the bullcrap AT&T has been giving lately led Apple to leave the 3GS with the same baseband as the 3G unlike they did with the 2G to 3G transition? I think they really could have locked up the 3GS a lot more if they tried harder

Mentioned in a couple articles a year or so ago no cell company wanted to work with Apple because Apple wanted complete control of the device. They did not want to change the os or hardware in any form for the cell companies. ATT was the only one that finally said fine. Now look at it. I bet T-mobile or the others, if they had their chance, are pissed at turning them down over something like control.

I can't wait for this, well I guess I can lol. I am still waiting on my pre-order to arrive
