quick question.. i think i know the answer just want to verify.

any jailbroken apps already working on 3G 3.0 should work just the same on a JB 3GS right? Apps run the same, its just the jailbreak thats different due to the hardware... correct or no?

Just a quick question. I have an iPhone 3G with an a legal carrier ( they sell the iPhone). If I get the iPhone 3GS will be able to use it with my existing data plan?

I don't see why not, but you'll need to check with your service provider to see if they, like AT&T, have a special iPhone data plan that they make you use. I haven't heard of many other providers doing this, but without knowing what carrier you use nobody can give you a 100% certain answer.
