It actually says "version" not "server". I can read it from the screenshot.

ok, i'll admit, i purchased it. Was curious to see how far Apple would elt this go. But I have a couple questions:

1. Since they origianlly approved it, let copies fly throught he store then they decide to pull it, shouldn't those who did pay for it get a refund since they were the ones who originally approved it then got a firestorm of controversy then pull it?

2. For those of us that did purchase it,would this be Apple's first test of their remote deletion process?

Edit guess not since the app wont even load now.

To answer your question topless=nude because the definition of nude is without clothing, bare, a naked person, unclothed.

Everyone needs to calm down and stop being stupid in your posts; obviously you shouldn't post to porn sites on a news site that hasn't been known for porn at any time, and you shouldn't post things like "blame Utah" or anything else against a certian group of people that the staff might be involoved with. I might have family in Utah (not that I know of) and so might some of the staff. I'm glad to see iPWNKilla banned, please people lets keep the site clean and safe for work.

vise versa violence and guns arnt a big deal but alot of people here are taking thins way to friken seriously and they are slowly banning everything

Exactly my point. But these models are still clothed - just not the top part. If you see a man topless do you say he's nude?

You have strange takes on this in America!

As for infractions, you do have to be very out of order before you get one and people are warned first. I think this site has it fairly well covered.
