I have seen this on many sites and parents are complaining. This same exact thing happened to PSP back in the day. A parent bought one on ebay for the kid. Didn't check it and the kid found that the person left some porn on the memory card.

A curious person is going to find it no matter what form it is in and no matter what the parent does to try and stop it. Best thing to do is at least answer their questions about it.
