If GeoHot worked with the Dev Team, it would probably only take them about a day to jailbreak iPhones, you don't know the awesome brain power of GeoHot!!!!!

Definitely looks silly in that picture! But aside from that, he's brilliant in my books. Hope the 3GS gets a jailbreak soon, I just picked one up today for full retail price

Apparently the only way to upgrade from a 3G is if your bill averaged over 99 dollars each month for a full year

They had to give most of the money back as oit was from the theives at quickpwn.com

Ive only ever read posts from MuscleNerd explaining why they don't take donations.

The Dev Team is NOT accepting donations. PlanetBeing, copumpkin and izsh1911 have been given permission by the team to accept donations to purchase iPhone 3GS's. It is not the team as a whole recieving donations, just those three members.

i have sent some messages to some of the folks on here and posted tweets. anybody have this happen to them? i backed up my 3g and it was jb 3.0, and then followed up by connecting my 3gs and it asked me right away if i wanted to restore with the last back up from the min before. i clicked yes, it loaded fast and i noticed when the phone came on i had numeric battery! what do yall think?

By default on the 3GS you can go to settings>general>usage and turn on the battery percentages.
