ultrasn0w is out - 3.0 Unlocked!
The DevTeam has released ultrasn0w! Unlocking your 3.0 iPhone or iPhone 3G is super easy now - just turn off 3G, open up Cydia, add their repo, and install ultrasn0w. Done!
For all who are going to ask - NO THIS DOES NOT WORK ON THE IPHONE 3GS, SINCE THE IPHONE 3GS IS NOT JAILBROKEN YET. WHEN THAT HAPPENS WE'LL LET YOU KNOW.
- Please add the repo repo666.ultrasn0w.com to cydia or icy
- Search for ‘ultrasn0w’ in cydia or icy and install ultrasn0w
- Reboot your iPhone 3G
- T-Mobile USA users should disable 3G before using ultrasn0w

does any one know if it works for mms or not .. cause i was just putting my cellular APn address so can use tmobile internet on it and it has mms setting manually optio on bottm please help

as i use o2 as my providor did not matter to me about the unlock, however gave it a try and works a dream, thanks to you guys it makes our (noobs ) job a lot easier many thanks

it works on both but only if you were on 3.0 and then downgraded to 2.2.1 so if you havent done that then no because the baseband wouldnt change even if u went back down
