Yeah but to register for AT&T Premier I need to give them a school or business email and they don't recognize my school's email

my contract ends July 14, So if i upgrade to the 3GS which will be $200. will i receive the $105 cashback September 14 which i can transfer it back to my Bank Account????

When it was live.com, I got my money right at the 2 month point. I had no problems with my cashback whatsoever. This is great for anyone who was going to upgrade anyway, because even if it doesnt come through its not like you are actually LOSING any money.

The TOS excludes upgrades.
