Until apps like this can continue to run with the screen turned off I'm not interested. it is a huge waste of battery to leave my phone permanently awake so I can listen to a stream.

FWIW, Im using this as we speak on 3.0 & screen shut off after 1 min. & it works flawless.

I'd go for it only if online subscription was included in the 140 I've already paid for a year of XM Everything. I can't justify another $3 a month for something I'd rarely use.

It makes no sense for Sirius to offer an application to PAID subscribers yet not provide all of the channels. I pay for it so I should get it, shouldn't I???????

Limiting channels that are available online is absurd. I guess ill stick with Pocket Tunes... it works fine.

No stern?? Are they kidding? They're trying to promote this app by not offering satellite radio's biggest money maker??? Remember when satellite radio first started up a few years ago. You could get stern in the us but not canada? That soon changed after an overwhelming number of complaints. Plain and simple, there are different rules for howard. Isn't choice one of the driving forces behind satellite radio. You listen to what ever you want. What a shame.....

Its an extra $2.99/Month even if you are a subscriber. I would imagine you can log into as many iPhones as you want, so long as its only 1 at a time.

If you have an online account already then there's no additional fee.
And you can listen to 202. Better than Stern.

Even if YOU don't like Howard Stern, it seems very odd that they are keeping that out, because his channels are so popular. It's on the regular web interface. though, iirc, there was some delay before they did that too because of server load worries.

I can't imagined them not putting Stern on there because they are in desperate need of new customers. My guess is that Sirius might have been told or they were afraid that Apple would reject it if Stern was available through the app...I can't think of any other explanation for them to not include his channel....too bad..

You've been asking for it a good long while. uSirius filled the need for a short while but didn't last... and now Sirius has finally stepped up to the table and released an AppStore app for streaming Sirius/XM radio to your iPhone. The app is free if you have an XM or Sirius subscription already (well, if you don't the app is free too - but won't do much, ha).

Oh, and no, Howard Stern is NOT included.
