Great news!! I still will be waiting for 3GS to be released and jailbroken before I get excited since I still have a 2G and I NEED to upgrade to a newer phone ASAP, Edge is KILLING ME SOFTLY. So, no 3.0 FW for me. I have everything I need on my jailbroken 2G that the 3.0 FW is suppose to have (except for MMS, which is the ONLY thing I want/need that I dont currently have.

At least let us jailbreak. The iphone is completely useless now because some people accidently upgraded their iphones to 3.0. Thanks to itunes. Letting us jailbreak will save our phone halfway.

People didn't accidentally upgrade their iphone, they were just to impatient to wait for the dev team. They deserve to have their iphone being a brick right now. The dev team are not gods. Everyone just needs to be patient and let them do what they need to do. Without them we wouldn't have jailbreaks and unlocks. people need to be more appreciatitive.

I've been on 3.0 since the first beta, and I haven't jailbroken it since 2.2.1 So I'm SO excited to have backgrounder and 5 item dock again!!!! Take your time dev's, you do amazing work for all of us out here, so no need to rush it out!

Glad to see we are back on topic now that everyone got that "first" crap out of the way.

I traded a guy my 1G for his 3G b/c he wanted it to work with T-mobile. The BB was 5.9 so no go on the 3G. So now I am excited to finally be able to use the 3G with T-mobile.
