Did you saw that? That iPhone had exact same baseband as iPhone 3G - it means that i can be unlocked with future yellowsn0w. New baseband can be unlocked with "Gevey SIM Plus II " and " Rebelsim with version v61"
So biggest deal its where did they got these iPhone 3GS?

Chances are probs low, but it could just be fake? sure it looks faster, they showed the compass and in the about section it said 'iPhone 3G S'

But anyone can make their iPhone say that, mine say's Jordo's iPhone so he could have just changed it.

It may also be faster because it's a fresh copy of the OS?

Also would have been better if they could have shown a 32GB version and Video Recording, then I would be 100% convinced this is true

Thats exactly what i was thinking why not show a 32gb version and not only that all he had to do was show the video recording to prove it.

i am from brazil and i can translate everything. They are showing the iphone 3GS in 3 different carriers, all carriers that have the iphone in Brazil. All these 3 carriers sell the iphone in brazil so most likely they are not unlocked. These sure are the new iphones since they are very fast.

If anyone needs any translation let me know.
