Unsubsidised means that the carrier does not subsidise the price. But all phones sold by Apple in the USA are locked to AT&T and in the UK to O2.

Some people don't like wasting gas and time to drive somewhere. Some people don't like standing in line at a store. Some people don't like getting stuck with an incompetent service rep that can't figure out how to do what you want.

If thats a true unsubsidized, non-contract price....then why would someone who could buy one from Apple for $700, want to buy one from you for more?? The reason they sold for more than retail before is because it was a contract discounted price.

Your not familiar with the economy are you. At a $750 (after tax) price point + ebay fees @ that price....your gonna have to get nearly $900-$1000 for each iphone to make it somewhat worth while.

If i bought a 52 inch TV last year, and then this year that model was discontinued and a new model came in to replace the one i bought, will i be able to get this years model at a cheaper price??? I make my living on eBay (that's my only income) and I filed a six figure income on my taxes in April. I know what I'm doing.

And I'm not sure why anyone thinks its a ripoff when people willingly pay for it. Its called capitalism and I embrace it
