How could it come to T-Mobile if Apple and AT&T have a contract until 2010?
I think that T-Mobile website screenshot was a fake. There is already problems with AT&T and Verizon because they want the iPhone now too.
I don't see Apple restricting the device to CDMA unless they make it a world iPhone. CDMA/GSMAndroid user suffering from iPhone withdraw.
