I can confirm this, did update with out b10 of itunes, just the old itunes that came out with beta 4

  7. #46
As long as you don't upgrade iTunes, you can still install the ipcc file on beta 5 using shift+upgrade or shift+restore. Once you reboot your phone the mms camera will show up in messages (Thanks God!!!)
I actually did upgrade iTunes and installed beta 5. Being on T-Mobile, I can MMS with no problems, so I really wanted to enable it! I uninstalled the new iTunes and reinstalled the earlier pre-release that came out with beta 4 and Voila - I could install Stealth's ever-so-handy ipcc file!!!

Hmm after the update my iphone seems to be fast. Faster than beta 4. might just be the reboot but it seems zipper!

Even my apps are faster! This doesn't seems like the normal fast after a firmware update.

What's the BB in this version?
He who asks a question looks foolish for 5 minutes. He who doesn't ask a question remains foolish forever.

StealthBravo, is your ipcc any different to Reeko's ipcc? Basically with either is it possible to receive mms?

    Default o2 Ipcc
    hi

After installing beta 4 and jailbreaking it I had no MMS options at all appearing on my options so no i guess it isnt enabled at all, do i need to change any of the settings on the 02_ipcc you have linked ?!?!?! can you also give me a quick guide to installing the 02_ipcc on my phone please and once again thanks for your dedicated support and help.

Will be an interesting test as there dont seem to be many o2 usrs with beta 4 that i can see.

    cheers

I don't know how old his is but mine is 2 weeks old. Last time I looked at it, our settings were the same. The only difference was that I added the boolean values to allow the cellular data screen and apns to be editable. All those booleans may not be needed on beta 5 because it seems to be coming up on everyones phone already.

I was just gonna ask about that. I just upgraded to 3.0b5 and the values are editable already. I didn't need to upload the ipcc file. Still don't have MMS working but that's a whole different issue.

    hi stealth

I have installed your 02.IPCC file and the MMS settings and tethering are now visible so one final question about the cellular data settings do i need to enter my o2 username and password ? or do i leave the vertigo one thats already in there ?

    thanks

Does anyone know if A2DP is enabled on B5? And if so, is it iPhone 3G only or are both models capable of A2DP? I can't seem to enable it on Beta5.. Thanks
