Factory Unlocked and 3.0 Beta
I upgraded to Beta 3 on my factory unlocked 3g. The phone does indeed remain unlocked.
I had to scour to internet to find an ipcc file that would allow me to use internet and MMS on T-Mobile USA, and I managed to combine a couple of files to come up with one that works!!!

missing butons in phone keypad
has anyone else found that the delete button is missing in the phone keypad?

OUT OF NO WHERE MY MMS started working. 3.0 beta 3. Anybody else, I did download the file for mms and tethering but that was like a week ago and I never could get it to work. But now it does.

Sometime in that week you probably rebooted a couple times and just got the network to recognize your settings. When you call your carrier they can send an OTA (over the air activation) which makes the process instant. Glad it working for you! Originally Posted by stlcaddie

If you are jailbroken the easiest way to bring it back is to install sysinfoplus and then you can terminate processes. Just terminate the phone process and when you go to launch it, everything will be in order. Originally Posted by BenzoHartt
