I dont know if anyone noticed this but look at the camera(s)..

does this mean that there is going to be a low rez on the side facing the user? or am i just reading that wrong?

I believe the 3.2 CIS is like the CMOS sensor in digital cameras and "camera" refers to the other mechanical elements of the lens.

I think the Omni Vision provides the lense and Largen Pricision provides the camera. That's what I think

I would like to state, that megapixels don't matter all that much when it comes to camera phones. Surely, you want to be concentrating on the chip and lens as much... If they're crap but you have a 5 mp one well...

I could care less about how many megapixels the camera is just give me more RAM and I'll upgrade in a heartbeat.

I watched the Palm Pre multitasking and it had me wishing the iPhone had those capabilities. I can barely listen to the iPod and run an app without it crashing on me.

You can't be serious. 5 megapixels or 50 megapixels will never make a cell phone camera great without autofocus and some other variables coming into play. If you want a 5 megapixel camera so badly, go buy one because no cell phone camera will ever compare to a real dslr one.

I'm perfectly fine with a 2.0 MP camera. 800x600 is a decent size. I just hate the quality of pics it takes if you're not perfectly still.

i think that those are indeed two camera's , looking at the two websites: omnivision with it's 3.2 15fps low voltage camera and largan's cheaper 1.3 or 2.0 camera. Could it be that the 3.2 camera be used for 3g iphone updated and other 2.0 camera for other 2 phones? Lets hope for the best....

Camera seriously needs autofocus.
Even if it comes with everything else i want, if there's no autofocus...screw buying the phone.

wow cant wait.... but man i do hope they do have all these crappy problems fixed like having zoom, auto focus and talking about cameras on phones, there are phones with 8mp cameras... i guess apple are still kind of working in the stone age, i really do hope they start sorting that out!
