I have the installer App on the iPhone (done via AppTapp in Mac OS X). I have SSH on the iPhone via Installer app, through SSH and Cyberduck (SFTP) I put these files onto the iPhone. But I have no clue about changing permission.

not certain this is what you're talking about or not, but have you tried iPhoneRemote app for the mac that is able to perform lots of functions via TCP communications via iPhone's mobileSafari.app? I think it is from a company named Telekinesis.
I've been using it since the first week I had my iPhone, and it works to control iTunes from anywhere, if you forward your ports correctly and know the ip address.

I have all of them set to 0755.
They should be all in the right place.
Any other suggestions?

I got it to work
this was pretty much baby stuff to install, its so easy, only problem is that the widgets can't seem to go online... I got it to work in less then a minute. Why can't you guys? Is it cuz you got the computer for Retards, the "PC"?
