An impending software update to Apple's iPhone will include a plug-in for the handset's Safari web browser that will finally enable users view Adobe Flash media files, the Wall Street Journal's Walt Mossberg reports.

Man, I'm pumped about this. I really dont care for adobe flash but I love that this will make my 'real internet' more so the real internet. Flash plug-ins ftw.

Yes, I've been on the verge of hauling this thing back 4 times already. As per my rant in the 'how to watch a video" thread, the majority of the sites I have an interest in have flash somewhere, on my site the navigation buttons are flash. Kind of a pain. I hope this is a real piece of news and it's close by...

Yeah I wonder if they will get more secure about this... If they do I'll be pissed unless ofcourse there update makes it so you can do all this easier..
