Managed to QuickPwn the 3.0 beta 2.... just one thing, I cant get no network?! I have used both the "Activate" option on and off but still the same. Please dont tell me your phone still has to be registered with the Dev Team!

Sorry, but I'm getting a kick out of all of the n00bs posting for the first time about how their phones aren't functioning properly after this. Some people need to learn to have patience. Plus there's a good reason why 3.0 is still in beta and not seeded to the general public.

Exactly. It's probably because it's a lot of work rewriting QuickPWN to 3.0 and if they made a jailbreak for every beta that Apple released then they would have way too much work. And they probably have better things to do.

well the tool did not work for me. I have 3.0b2. the tool installed worked appeared to work then rebotoed the phone with no signal. so I reverted back to 3.0b2.

im on 2.2 right now with a contract to AT&T. if i update to the 3.0 beta 2 and jailbreak it, can i activate it with the software, or do i need to have it registered with the dev still?

you would have to have your UDID registered with a dev otherwise you wont be able to sync.

Does anyone know if this new beta will work if you were added on a Dev's list for the last beta?

sorry if this has already been posted somewhere, but i have a question. Is it possible to run 3.0 beta 2 jailbroken on an iphone 3g without a dev account. I tried to jailbreak the 3.0 beta 2 , but when i do.. Icy doesn't work and i don't have any service any help?
