Jailbroken Apps Drawn in Apple Patent

As you already know Apple doesn't think highly of Jailbreaking lately. Apple should probably pass that information down to the folks working for them. Someone at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP wrote up a patent for Apple complete with hand drawn images of classic Jailbreak apps including Installer, SMBPrefs, and even some sort of theme installed.
oops
Engadget thinks the theme is iWood Realize but it looks different to me. Can anyone tell us which theme that is?

First after the original post!
Ok, how in the world did Confucious post before the original post?!? I know a lot of people try to be the first to post in each thread on the front page, but posting before the original post. WOW, Confucious, that's impressive. So what's the secret to being able to go back in time and write stuff on modmyi.com?
Anyway, that's a major slip up for Apple. How can Apple complain about us jailbreaking when their own lawyers are jailbreaking? Are they going to sue their own lawyers now? That would make an interesting court case: "Apple vs Apple's lawyers". I wonder who Apple would hire for that court case?
EDIT: Ok, the its been fixed now, but I swear that Confucious had two posts before cash7c3's post.Last edited by lightmaster; 03-30-2009 at 01:49 PM.

Yes!
Not only is the theme REALIZE, but the drawing is an exact copy of my screenshot of my iPod touch I posted at MacThemes!
Here's the screenshot:

I posted the screenshot on November 25, 2007 in the MacThemes iPhone screenshot thread. Here's a link directly to the post: http://macthemes2.net/forum/viewtopi...198289#p198289Last edited by CompC; 03-30-2009 at 01:53 PM.

MMi doesn't really have unique info - just retyped news from another site, really late.
Love MMi, hate MMi RSS feed
I guess its handy for the couple of people that don't go anywhere else except MMi for news. I just find it annoying with a 1 next to the MMi RSS feed inbox and it turns out to be repackaged news. Again

Who cares?
Now back on topic... I don;t really view this as a slip. The artwork is done by Apple people, and I am sure they are allowed to have fun. Hell, they could make some Triple XXX icons with vulgar images if they wanted to in their patent. It doesn;t mean they actually support XXX porn... People need to be realistic, Apple designers making icons for jailbroken stuff means nothing...------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I once prayed to God for an iPhone, but quickly found out He didn't work that way...so I stole an iPhone and prayed for His forgiveness.

It could be intentional. Did anybody read any of the patent???
It was about providing a built in biometric system that wouldn't need to be activated.
One that allows the user access to all the base level functions of their device, pretty much the function that are used when jailbreaking/modding.
It could have been shown to give an example of what they want it to stop...
