I finally have Rock Your Phone working on my iTouch. I did have to restore my iTouch , but the newest update fixed that . It fouled up my intelliscreen app and sb settings. When I tried to uninstall, I got stuck in the blank page mode...Now doing ANOTHER restore. Not a happy camper here.

Too many bugs... Not restoring my phone again. Intelliscreen made a HUGE mistake going to this crap program.

Downloaded the OSX software, rebooted twice like it said and installed fine on my iPhone. Installed Elert (very userful) and has been working fine for me all day, not stuck on logo like some people. Sorry for the restorers, but don't get discouraged to try it.... wish i didn't have to download desktop software though.

All we have discovered an issue with the desktop client on Windows Vista. After you update via the desktop client to the latest version 0.91.22 the application will no longer launch. We are working on a fix to correct this in our next release but for now I have some steps for you to follow to get the client working again.
1. Either through the Control Panel or through the Program Group in the start menu Uninstall Rock Your Phone.
2. Go to CUsers\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming and delete the entire Rock Your Phone directory.
3. Go to our website http://www.rockyourphone.com choose Download and Sign in to Download. Once downloaded install the desktop client and you will be back in business.
Sorry for the inconvenience, we will make sure the next client update goes much more smoothly.

The latest update to their Desktop Client works perfectly. It now detects if your iPhone has been jailbroken. If it has, it just installs the required files for their Rock App.

I saw they changed the price for profiles to 4.99 and wanted to give it a shot.
Downloaded and installed the app (went all smoothly with already jailbroken phone on a vista pc). Launched the desktop application, logged in.
No apps visible within the desktop app. Tried to install profiles trial through the iPhone app and it says "missing RockID, Please Sync with Rock your Phone on your Computer".
Tried that, set the desktop app to autosync, same results, doesn't work. Oh well... should have known better
At least I din't have to restore.

same thing as llew here. installed the newest version (0.91.22) and cannot see any app in the desktop app. the iphone plugin is working but i get "missing rockid" error trying to download a trial.
trying to update my purchased intelliscreen through the iphone plugin does not work either ... "could not obtain license"

I installed from their website today, installed ealert and myprofiles. Cydia is still working, and both programs work great. It's nice that it knows when I'm home or in the car, will end up buying the program.

We have released several new updates today that have addressed all known issues.
Please download the latest desktop client. You can do this by launching the app on your computer and clicking “yes” when prompted to update. Or you can choose Help->Check for Updates from within the app. The last option or in case you have issues is to download the entire installation again from our site. Just go to Get Rocking and Sign in to Download.
Once you have the new version installed connect your phone then right-click on your phone in the app and choose “Reinstall Rock Your Phone”.
Also this version will not perform the "soft unlock" if your phone is jailbroken and has Cydia installed.
Here are some brief release notes for the fixes:

I think the reason why most people are pissed at those paid apps is because most of those essential apps shouldve been there when the iPhone is first purchased... I don't ever remember paying for bluetooth when i had my nokia or sony ericsson or even motorola. and now being charged 5 euros for bluetooth kinda feels like a ripoff. So i believe your anger should be pointed towards apple, not the devs of bluetooth. They are merely offering a solution.

I had to reformat my iPhone becasue I could NOT uninstall the "free" software. I emailed them and received NO reply. STEAR clear unless you want to re-install everyhting on your already working phone....
