Possible Next Generation iPhone Pics Leaked

Still months away from June when the next generation of iPhone is expected to be announced/released possible leaked pics of casing design are already popping up on the web.

If these images are real it appears that the next generation iPhone will do away with the glossy casing and have a matte finish instead. The finish is textured for better gripping. It is also rumored that the rear casing is going to be returning to metal instead of the cheap plastic casing used in the iPhone 3g which has caused many complaints and class action lawsuits due to cracking. Also to note from the pictures it is probable that the next iPhone will have a 16 GB size option -- the question is will that be paired with a 32 GB or a 8 GB.

That still looks plastic to me....
I do like the matte finish though... if they can get rid of that damned metal bezel maybe we won;t even need a case on the thing!

I hope you are right... really nothing about that case is exciting (other than that it may be proof of a "new" iphone(. If it is real, looks like we still get no flash on the camera

I agree! It looks plastic. I am more concerned about whats inside. IMO i think it needs more proc speed and more ram.

I agree with JAG2621. With all the high powered games out there now (and those of us that run too many daemons and mobile substrate apps ) it would be great to add another chunk of RAM and a better processor!

This aint the new iPhone, the new one has to have a removable battery to stop them getting in bother again. They wont make 2 different ones for different markets

I agree...anyone who wants to check go HERE and punch in the FCCID off your phone into the search...then punch in this "NEW" FCCID.

Thats fine and dandy an all but I, like others, could care less about the outside. I want to know about the hardware. I want to know if Ill have to upgrade. I like my 2g but if it wont be compatible with a new OS or runs things super laggy then I guess I will

I sure hope Apple does more than a new casing. There's tons of user comments and sugestions for them to consider. I'm sure Jobs won't let "his" company fumble this one...

I like it, it looks like that rubber feel that the cozip Iphone cases use which allows for better grib. I think it looks good personally.
