I didn't say you were stupid at all, however it is a very well documented fact that the majority of people who are spending 12 buck a month for sirius/xm did it for the sole reason of Stern.
Never the less, he is very much over paid, as are all the other stars that they have hosting shows. The company is facing bankruptcy, and their COMBINED stock offerings is 13 cents, when in their heyday was respectively 16-20 dollars.
Trust me and believe me, the stupidity that I am talking about is pale in comparison to the stupid decision I made regarding sirius stock.Herp a derp a derp a doooo!

Couple of things, and not to nit-pick, but Sirius Stock was never above $9 and change, XM stock was over $20 at one point. Sirius only shot up over $9 when Howard first signed. Then it dropped and hovered abot $5 for a while, and then back down to $3,where it stayed for a longtime, only to be driven down, once the merger talk started, and they took on all of XM's debt.
2. Stern brought the Sirius name from 600K subscribers to 3 million subscribers in a year. So add $2.4 million x$12.95 (that's not taking into account multiple subscriptions/radios) and that $31+ million in the first year. That's not including the advertising he brings in (yes he does have ads).
The kick should have been for not bailing on the stock when it went from $4.75 before the Stern announcement when it hit $10.11 or so then following day.

Shoutcast is awesome, get my Howard every morning and it's completely free. Flycast is what I use and it's pretty reliable.

Good news!
Can I play Sirius Satellite Radio on Pocket Tunes Radio?
You can now play Sirius Satellite Radio via Pocket Tunes Radio app.
As of version 5.2 of Pocket Tunes Radio, you can play Sirius Internet Radio. They added support for Web-based stations and this allows you to play stations that normally require you to be using a PC rather than a mobile device.
Here are the steps to do that:
**Note: You must have a paid subscription to Sirius Internet Radio to use this with Pocket Tunes Radio
1. Go to the "Web" tab in Pocket Tunes Radio and enter www.sirius.com
(** Canadian Sirius customers, the Canadian page, www.sirius.ca does not display properly on the iPhone/touch. Go to the bottom of the screen and tap "Site Map in the lower right)
2. Tap on "Media Player" at the top of the screen
(**Canadian Sirius customers tap "Listen Online" in the site map)
3. You will then get the login screen
- Enter the username and password you use to access your Sirius channels on-line.
- Enter the appropriate security characters and tap "Sign In"
- If you get a generic message like "Sorry and error has occurred", try the login again, making sure you are entering the correct user, password and security answer.
- If you get locked out by Sirius, please see this Knowledge Base article.
4. You are then taken to the top level listing of the Sirius stations available on-line.
