I did accidentally delete the mmi repo from cydia and now cannot add it back. Can anyone help? apt.cy_dia.com does not find anything...

easy way would be to run quickpwn on it

how can i add cydia without jailbraking,why without,well because i have the new firmware on my iphone and itunes does not let me downgrade to my old firmware,i get an error mesage.so is there another way to ad cydia to my phone,please let me know,thanks.

You can't - but you can jailbrake the new FW so there shouldn't be a problem.
