I always have the same problem, I believe its with Cydia. Search the forums for more info...
I just cancel the refresh as its loading and then manual refresh the list. Keep hitting it like 5 times lol and then it slowly updates with the newest releases. Well this is what I seem to help me. Make sure all the sources are correct.

Hey blanked, I used to have a similar issue with repo's not loading... I ended up having to uninstall the repo, close cydia (might have even rebooted too, not sure though) re-open cydia, then re-install the REPO... try that...

i tried it out 5 min. i removed the source and installed it after the reboot, and refreshed but not the sweettouth file is still anyware...

Wish it worked on 2.1 Hopefully that is fixed soon and supported in the future. I'm not really ready to switch to 2.2.

FWIW I wish iSpoof worked on 2.1 as well!
