Yes but there is no point. Also you won't even know if you're truely unlocked unless you put in a tmobile SIM.

I have a t-mobile sim to test it. I was actually asking for a guy @ my job that was asking me and I didn't have an answer for him thanks for the reply

I tried typing this source several times and all I get is an error that it cannot find it.

sn0w is spelled with 0(zero) not o , maybe that's where you messed up.

So I've gotten everything to work and unlock, but whenever I try to make a call, it loses all bars and I have to wait 1 minutes and re-insert sim. Anyone else having this issue, or have any suggestions?

I'm in T-Mobile USA.

Generally you can use your AT&T or T-Mobile SIM card when traveling due to roaming agreements. This would only be helpful if you're going to purchase pre-paid service with a different provider while overseas. Good point though.

YES YES YES!!!!! After 3 minutes searching I turned airplane mode off then back on BAM 5 bars!! I did reboot about 5 times as reported. Tzones is working no problem. So far reception is much better than my gevey!!!

This is bull**** they made us upgrade to 2.2 with the new baseband and now i cant use my turbo sim and this isnt even 100% stable. It takes a year to finally get service and when it does i try to make a phone call and boom no bars and have to reboot. Now im stuck??

Are you using version 0.9.1? With SB settings or bossprefs turn on airplane mode and then back off and see if that works for ya.

I have it for 2 seconds then bam, dropped?

For now, yellowsn0w is less stable than even turbosims. Lol. But I guess the DevTeam will get it perfect soon.
Atleast I hope they do.

I have to reboot 10 times before I get signal now.
More often than not, I get the Invalid SIM error.

Everything goes off as planned...I get T Mobile to come up, edge, full bars, the works...the second I try and do something...BAM I'm back down to nothing and when I go into network it says "not available"

any ideas as to this one?

I have had a 10 min call from NY - TX indoors/outdoor no problem. I actually see better reception than the Gevey proxy!

Only thing I see is for reboot it still takes 2-3 minutes to load every time? I'm sure there will be another update knowing the dev team.

its a fresh 2.2 restore, yes its 9.1 and i know how to get tmobile wuickly but anything that triggers my service to work makes signal go flat

EDIT:INCOMING CALLS AND SMS WORK??? TRIED CALLING FROM MY OTHER PHONE AND SENT A TEXT FROM IPHONE AND WORKED FINE BUT OUTGOING CALS NO GOOD
