before you *****....you should realize that MGS is not a first person shooter. never was...never will be

and if you want to see iPhone gaming with some chops, check out Brothers In Arms

SWEEEEEEET. But to the best of my knowledge, Hideo Kojima stated that he wouldn't be doing any more metal gears, that the story was done. So this seems to me kind of like all the FFVII stuff for the japanese phones that came out, just a bunch of junk trying to use the name of an awesome game to get sales... Oh well, here's to hoping for good things!

actually I saw on g4tv that it wasn't going to be a stealth game, but more of a FPS and all the player has to do is aim and shoot, that snake was going to move by himself.

I still think this is pretty cool. I luv MGS! and I love iPhone! perfect combination if u ask me

I don't find it that strange to put it on the iPhone... fewer textures, less work on details, etc. on an iphone version, plus its an untapped market for them. I don;t believe the dev team is owned by Sony anyway is it?

Really psyched about this. Good story Noodle Boy.. almost good enough for me to forgive you for being a jerk. I will for today.

As other users commented, I'm concerned that Kojima announced the MGS story as being over (and from the ending of MGS4 it's pretty obvious that it is). However, I guess they could always fill in gaps between plotlines in previous games or something.. either way looking forward to it
