anyone else having trouble downloading podcasts? I am on wi-fi. I pick a podcast. It does a little graphic showing that it went to the download button on the bottom right. When I hit download, it is just blank. And then iTunes store remains kind of buggy till I exit - where there is no evidence of a downloading/downloaded podcast.

anybody else getting this?

Currently updating my phone now.
Has the status bar while upgrading always been on the iPhone screen?
I've never noticed that before.
If it's new, that's a good update especially since the 1st gen iPhone would always lock up while jailbreaking and what not and I would have no idea.

When you get an sms and it says only "new message".. that happens when you go to setting, general, passcode lock and when you turn Show SMS Preview to the off position. You probably did it once by accident and never realized it and when you updated it got reset.

u guys think the new quickpwn would solve my problem?

only people that really know is the dev team. you'll just have to wait until they release a new quickpwn and see. from now on though, NEVER update your firmware until the dev team says so and a new version of quickpwn's been released.

you don't think they are refering to now being able to send and recieve other types of email attachments, not that you can send more then one attachment at a time, although this really seems like it should be a simple fix.

so the baseband has been changed and there's no way i can use proxysim again? isn't there a way to just erase the baseband like kiphone used to do? can't i format the iphone like i do with pcs or is it a completely different system?

i think they are only talking about making more email attachments readable/accessible. Can anyone who has already updated confirm that they can send more than 1 pic from their iphone? We can get this solved really fast.lol

Currently you can't downgrade a 3G baseband.
You can downgrade to fw 2.1 but the 2.2 baseband will remain.

Some proxysims can be updated. If that is the case with yours you will have to wait until and if the manufacture releases an update.

For the time being you have a nice iPod touch.

i wish!! it's stuck on the activation screen and slide to make an emergency call thingy!

i hate myself. does slamming it with a hammer fix it?
